  • Instead of “This is too big for me,” try “If other people have figured it out, why not me?”

2. Talk About Your Goals Like They’re Already in Motion

The way you speak about yourself—both to yourself and others—matters. Instead of saying, “I hope I can do this,” try “I’m in the process of making this happen.”

It’s a small shift, but it changes how your brain processes it.

3. Surround Yourself with the Right Proof

Want to shift your belief system faster? Surround yourself with people who are already doing what you want to do. Your brain will start recognizing that it’s possible for you too.
