The Unwind & Align Retreat is about slowing down, taking a break, and reconnecting with what’s important to you. Over five days, we’ll guide you through practices designed to help you feel refreshed and energized, such as:

  • Yoga and Pilates classes.

  • Guided meditations.

  • Workshops and journaling.

  • A breathwork journey.

But it’s not just about the practices. It’s also about:

  • Connecting with like-minded individuals on a similar journey.

  • Spending time in nature and enjoying peaceful surroundings.

  • Enjoying nutritious, locally sourced vegetarian food to nourish your body.

You’ll also have free time to rest, go for a walk, or just take it easy. Together, we’ll share simple, practical tools you can take home to feel more balanced and in tune with yourself.

Villa Epicurea is located in Arrábida, about 40 km from Lisbon. It’s a quiet, natural setting with private eco-friendly villas, a bright yoga dome, and an infinity pool offering incredible views of the coast.It’s the perfect place to step away from your usual routine and take some time for yourself to unwind and align!

Marie

Marie’s passion for movement started with gymnastics and dance, which paved the way for her journey as a yoga instructor. She believes yoga is more than just physical postures—it’s a way to connect with yourself on a deeper level.

In her classes, Marie combines yoga with insights from her work as a psychotherapist, creating a thoughtful and supportive space for personal growth. Her goal is to guide you toward a healthier, happier, and more connected version of yourself.

Imo

Imo has a professional background in mental health and a deep passion for the connection between physical movement and well-being. A lifelong dancer and pilates enthusiast, Imo shares her love for movement as a tool for strength and balance.

Her pilates classes emphasize mindful movement, ensuring you leave feeling energized, strong, and centered.

What Does a Day Look Like?

Here’s a rough idea of how the days are structured. It’s a mix of activity, rest, and reflection, with plenty of space to make the experience your own:

  • 8:00 AM – Quiet time with tea, coffee, and journaling.

  • 8:30 AM – Morning meditation & Pilates.

  • 10:00 AM – Breakfast.

  • 11:00 AM – Massage, nature walk, or free time.

  • 2:00 PM – Lunch.

  • 3:00 PM – Workshop.

  • 6:00 PM – Evening yoga.

  • 8:00 PM – Dinner.
