  • Location: Peaceful and secluded venue surrounded by nature, just 5 minutes from Silent Beach, Tangalle, Sri Lanka.

What’s Included

  • Gentle Yoga & Movement: A grounding session to release tension and create space in your body and mind.

  • Releasing Yin Yoga: A yoga practice to soften the body and release deep-held tension.

  • Guided Journaling: Time to reflect, clear mental clutter, and set fresh intentions.

  • Breathing & Meditation: Practices to quiet the mind and deepen your connection to yourself.

  • Nutritious Meals: Welcome drink, fruit, coconut, lunch, and healthy snacks to keep you energised.

  • Free Time: Enjoy some time to yourself on a peaceful beach, refresh with a swim in the ocean, or end the day watching the sunset on Silent Beach.

  • Small Group Setting: Attentive guidance and support in an intimate, nurturing environment.

  • Take-Home Resources: Journaling prompts and practices to continue creating space after the retreat.

  • Transport: TukTuk ride from Hiriketiya to the venue. Pick up in Hiriketiya at 9:30am

Price: 15,000 Sri Lankan Rupees (30% of the profits will be used to support the community)

Meet Nicky & Marie

Nicky is an experienced retreat host, yoga teacher, and lifelong student who discovered yoga in her early twenties. Over the past decade, it has transformed her life, helping her heal from PTSD and build self-love and confidence. Her mission is to share yoga beyond the physical practice, guiding students back to their true selves.

For this day retreat, Nicky will guide you through nurturing Yin Yoga infused with breathing exercises, somatic practices, and myofascial release techniques. These practices calm the nervous system, release tension, and deepen self-awareness. With over 950 hours of training and 5+ years global teaching experience, Nicky creates a safe, supportive space accessible to all levels.


Marie’s passion for movement started with gymnastics and dance, which paved the way for her journey as a yoga instructor. She believes yoga is more than just physical postures—it’s a way to connect with yourself on a deeper level.

In her classes, Marie combines yoga with insights from her work as a psychotherapist, creating a thoughtful and supportive space for personal growth. Her goal is to guide you toward a healthier, happier, and more connected version of yourself.
