I'm a psychotherapist and yoga teacher based in Lisbon, and my mission is to help you live a happier and healthier life.

Through my own journey, I’ve learned that traditional approaches—whether just talk therapy or only movement—aren’t always enough. That’s why I’ve developed a unique approach that blends psychotherapy with yoga, addressing all aspects of who you are.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m enjoying life’s simple pleasures—catching waves, cooking something delicious, running along the river, dancing to my favorite songs, or spending time with friends. I’m passionate about finding balance and joy in everyday life, and I’m here to help you do the same.
