Finding space.
Portugal Day Retreat

To move. To breathe. To be still.

moving with purpose!
This retreat is part of a deeply personal project. In September, I’ll be trekking to Everest Base Camp — not as a bucket list trip, but as a way to raise awareness and funds for people living with PTSD. This is a journey I’m choosing to take to honour the resilience it takes to live with trauma and the importance of access to real, compassionate support. All proceeds go directly to this cause!
